14.11.16 Police probe into fire at flats in Greenfield Gardens, Dagenham.


The flats had been converted from a semi-detached home

Police are investigating the cause of a blaze which caused damaged to a converted block of flats.

Four fire engines and 21 fire fighters were called to the fire, which broke out in the loft of a property in Greenfield Gardens, Dagenham on Monday 14th November.

The loft of the semi-detached building was gutted by the blaze.

London Fire Brigade crews from Barking and Dagenham stations brought the fire under control.

The cause of the blaze is now being investigated by the both the brigade and the Metropolitan Police.
